CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS

- Orlando Disney Vacation Home-Kuzcotopia Retreat is to be occupied by the registered guest only and those included within the reservation (maximum of 6 people).

- We are located in Solara Resort.

- Check in time is 4:00 PM eastern time at date of arrival.

- Once you arrive at the security gate entry point, please provide your registration confirmation to security. This will allow security to grant you access to the community for the duration of your stay.

- Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door. This code will be sent to your personal email on file via our Welcome email approximately 1 week before your arrival.

- If you experience any difficulties with entry, please utilize the owner contact information that will be given to you in your Welcome email. 

 

 RESORT AMENITIES

- All resort facilities are available to guests at no extra cost except for the Flow Rider which is $30 rented at the clubhouse.

- Children are required to be accompanied by and supervised by an adult at all times when using the resort facilities.

- Guests should follow all posted signs while using the resort facilities.

 

HOUSE RULES

- A Full list of house rules will be sent along with the rental agreement and in our Welcome email.

- There is a strict NO smoking and NO pet policy. Your security deposit will be forfeited in full if the cleaning crew detects an odor or smoke in the home upon your departure or if any furniture or decor has been moved.

- The total number of people allowed in the home at one time is limited to the number of people listed on the reservation form (maximum 6 people). Absolutely NO Sub-letting OR sharing. 

- You must be at least 25 years of age to book. We do require proof of age.

- No parties or large gatherings allowed.

- Please inspect all rooms immediately upon your arrival, and inform the the owner of anything that might be construed as damaged. Be sure to inform the owner of any damages that occur during your stay.

 

PARKING

- Plenty of free parking spaces are located directly in front of the home for convenience and easy unloading and loading of luggage and groceries.

 

WIFI INSTRUCTIONS

- Wifi is Complimentary and access will be given in the Welcome email.

- There are WiFi adapters throughout the home, we request that you do not move or unplug to avoid any additional charges.

- There are smart TV's located all throughout the home with cable. You are welcome to sign in to your favorite streaming apps at any time.
